		<description>GF pizza dough IS sticky...my husband is a pro at spreading it.  He either puts on a nylon glove (not nyplex, it sticks, I&#039;m allergic to latex, don&#039;t know if that would work)or puts his hand in plastic bag, then pours lots of olive oil on hand.  He then spreads it out to the shape he wants.  We use pchef stones, but I assume a well-oiled sheet pan would work too.  Good luck with your next try.</description>
